Who do we service?
HEATS Educational Series has been servicing schools, community centres, corporations, and the general public by providing practical, easy to implement conditioning, nutrition, and any rehabilitation or injury prevention related information.
Corporations and smaller companies may benefit from our “Lunch and Learns” where we can provide 30 to 45 minute presentations on any health, fitness, nutrition, fat loss, or exercise program implementation
subject. Similar presentation formats can be adapted to fit any time or schedueling needs for companies and corporate wellness initiatives.
